LYLE LOVETT	Hailing from the Houston, Texas area, Lyle Lovett started his musical career strictly as a songwriter. Things changed for Lyle in 1986 when he was signed with MCA Records and released his debut album.
Frequently categorized as a country musician, Lyle actually has a much broader repoitoire and fuses his country roots with blues, jazz, gospel and swing.
